Informed by the past, prudent with the present, and confident for the future.
D&G started the way most real things do. Not with a business plan. With a decision.

In 2014, Michael Davis and Jon Gallant left stable careers and bet on themselves. Michael came from construction. Jon from law. Different disciplines, same instinct. They saw what others overlooked, and had the conviction to go get it.
That instinct still runs the company. Every deal is approached with discipline. Every relationship is built to last. And the trust that started the partnership has never been negotiated away. Not by a difficult deal. Not by a down market. Not by success.
Meet the team
Built on the belief that the right people make all the difference. Every member of the team brings the same discipline and commitment to every project that has defined the company from the start.

Partner
Michael Davis
Partner
Michael Davis
Michael spent his early career in the field, learning how projects are won and lost on the ground before he ever sat in a boardroom. That foundation shapes everything. How he evaluates opportunity, how he moves on a deal, and how he holds the company to a standard most firms talk about but don't keep. When he isn't discussing the trajectory of the 10 year US treasury and the spread correlation, he may slip into the existential marvel of the universe and our place in it.

Partner
Jon Gallant
Partner
Jon Gallant
Jon came to development through real estate law, which means he understood risk, structure, and downside before he ever chased upside. That lens, precise, disciplined, and built for complexity, is wired into how D&G approaches every acquisition and partnership. Outside the office, he's outnumbered at home by three kids and doing just fine.

SVP, Development & Construction
Stefan Robichaux
SVP, Development & Construction
Stefan Robichaux
Stefan started as an apprentice ironworker and worked his way up through complex high-rise construction before moving into development. He's delivered hundreds of thousands of square feet across the Southeast. He knows what things actually cost, and he holds the line on it. He's also a second-degree gray belt on the Big Green Egg and a self-described mediocre angler.

SVP, Finance & Operations
Tiffany Jackson
SVP, Finance & Operations
Tiffany Jackson
Tiffany runs the engine. Finance, operations, property management. She keeps the business organized, the assets performing, and the details accounted for. Before D&G, she managed operations across 23 Kroger pharmacy locations. Nothing slips.

VP, Leasing & Acquisitions
Daniel Hunt
VP, Leasing & Acquisitions
Daniel Hunt
Daniel sources, underwrites, and closes. He came to real estate from enterprise consulting, which gave him a data-driven lens that most dealmakers don't have. He finds value where others see noise. When he's not working, he's golfing, hiking, kayaking, fishing, or playing basketball. Apparently he sleeps occasionally.

Development Associate
Luke Volle
Development Associate
Luke Volle
Luke underwrites new opportunities, runs market research, and keeps deal flow moving. Sharp, hungry, and early in what will be a long career in this business. Magna Cum Laude from UGA, which he'll tell you makes the Bulldogs fandom non-negotiable.
